MSM Pro Derma Poly Clinic ("ProDerma", "we") is a licensed medical clinic located on Al Wasl Road, Dubai, UAE (MOH Lic. No. RLSEVS1G-051223). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in our clinic.
2. What data we collect
We collect the information you provide when booking a consultation: full name, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred language, selected department and any message you send us. Medical records created during your treatment are stored separately in our clinical systems and are never published online.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to confirm and manage appointments, provide medical services, respond to enquiries, and — only with your consent — send you relevant offers. We never sell your personal information.
4. Your rights under UAE PDPL

5. Data retention and security
Personal data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised staff. Medical records are retained for the period required by UAE health regulations, after which they are securely destroyed.
