These terms govern your use of the ProDerma website and the booking of appointments at MSM Pro Derma Poly Clinic, Al Wasl Road, Dubai, UAE. By using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Appointments and cancellations
An online request is not a confirmed appointment until our team contacts you. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

4. Prices and payment
Prices shown in the price list are in UAE dirhams (AED) and may change without notice. The final cost of treatment is confirmed after consultation. Installment plans and insurance coverage are subject to separate agreements.
